六月上旬,上海生化学会八百余名会员通讯选举出了第四届理事会的新理事共三十三名。上届理事会理事长沈昭文教授,副理事长苏祖斐教授主动退居二线,没有参加这次选举。新理事会的理事长是顾天爵,副理事长为顾寅昌、鲁子贤,秘书长是景沛,副秘书长为方深高、祁国荣。沈昭文、苏祖斐二教授长期以来为学会工作作出了卓越贡献,被全体理事一致推选为继王应睐、曹天钦后的又二位学会顾问。六月十一日举行的新理事会全体会议,还决定成立教育委
In early June, a total of 33 new members of the fourth council were elected by more than 800 members of the Shanghai Biochemical Society. Shen Zhaowen, chairman of the Board of the last session, and vice president Professor Su Zufei voluntarily retreated to the second line, did not participate in the election. The new council chairman is Gu Tianjue, vice chairman of Gu Yinchang, Lu Zixian, the Secretary-General is King Pei, Deputy Secretary-General Fangshenggao, Qi Guorong. Professor Shen Zhaowen and Professor Su Zufei have long made outstanding contributions to the work of the Institute. They were unanimously elected by all the members to follow Wang Yinglai and Cao Tien-chin, the other two later consultants.
