(July 8, 2011) This year, there are many water conservancy projects and more happy events. At the beginning of this year, the document No. 1 of the Central Government focused on water conservancy for the first time and became a landmark milestone in the history of water conservancy. Six months later, China’s water conservancy has ushered in a new historic moment. On July 8, the Central Water Conservancy Working Conference was grandly opened in Beijing, which lays great stress on the water conservancy work by the Central Party Committee and the State Council.
