2015年,全省非工业重点用能企业在大力推进产业结构调整、加快建设节能减排降碳工程等多重宏观政策的强力推动下,能源消费保持了稳中有进、结构趋优的良好态势。一、全省非工业能源消费特点2015年,全省非工业重点耗能企业(以下简称“非工业监测企业”)能源累计消费56.19万吨标准煤,同比增长2.43%。增速比2014年提高了1.4个百分点,比2015年上半年回落了1.08个百分点(图1)。

I. Characteristics of Non-industrial Energy Consumption in the Province In 2015, non-industrial key energy-consuming enterprises in the province (hereinafter referred to as “non-industrial monitoring enterprises”) consumed a total of 561,900 tons of standard coal, an increase of 2.43% over the same period of previous year. The growth rate was 1.4 percentage points higher than in 2014 and 1.08 percentage points lower than the first half of 2015 (Figure 1).
