异长春花碱（Navelbine，NVB）是一种新型半合成的5’去甲一长春花生物硷化合物‘”。由于对多种肿瘤，特别是对晚期乳腺癌及非小细胞肺癌疗效显著。其常见毒副反应为骨髓抑制、便秘、局部静脉疼痛、肿胀，但沿静脉走向出现皮肤溃疡极为少见，我科静脉滴注NVB引起皮肤溃疡3例现
Navelbine (Navelbine, NVB) is a novel and semisynthetic 5’-demethyl-vinca biotin compound’. It has a significant effect on various tumors, especially on advanced breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. Common toxicities are myelosuppression, constipation, local venous pain, and swelling. However, it is extremely rare to have skin ulcers along the veins. Three cases of skin ulcers caused by intravenous infusion of NVB in our family are present.
