采用原位末端标记(TUNEL)法研究不同剂量X射线全身照射后派伊氏板细胞凋亡的时间效应及剂量效应关系。结果表明:2Gy全身照射后派伊氏板TUNEL阳性细胞数增加;005Gy、0075Gy全身照射后派伊氏板TUNEL阳性细胞数减少。提示2Gy全身照射促进细胞凋亡,而低剂量电离辐射抑制细胞凋亡。
TUNEL method was used to study the time-effect and dose-effect relationship of apoptosis induced by X-rays after the whole body irradiation. The results showed that the number of TUNEL-positive cells in the senti’s plate increased after 2Gy whole body irradiation, while the number of TUNEL positive cells in the senti’s plate decreased after 005Gy and 075Gy whole body irradiation. Prompted 2Gy whole body irradiation to promote apoptosis, while low-dose ionizing radiation inhibition of apoptosis.
