要建设节约型社会,不能停留在一般的技术层面和口号宣传,最根本的是改变原来的消费观念,树立科学伦理消费观。消费的目标模式不是由人的动物本能规定,而是由人所处的社会伦理决定;消费的满足程度由社会的尺度来衡量;消费的方式由社会生产方式和社会伦理决定。消费伦理的现代性转换既包括儒家、墨家和道家等传统消费伦理的时代转变,还包括消费者至上带来的困惑、享乐主义带来的生活品质的迷失和个人主义带来的生态的灾难。在建设节约型社会的科学伦理消费观中,科学是消费伦理的首要原则和科学发展观的根本要求;公正是科学消费伦理的重要保证;适度是科学伦理消费的前提。要通过建构科学伦理消费观,深化以人为本的伦理教育、提高人的素质,建立、健全社会消费伦理的法律、道德支撑,树立良好的社会消费风气,改善消费环境等手段建设节约型社会的科学伦理观。
To build a conservation-oriented society can not stop at the general technical level and slogan propaganda, the most fundamental change is the original concept of consumption, establish a scientific concept of ethical consumption. The target mode of consumption is not determined by the human instinct of animals but by the social ethics in which the human beings live; the degree of satisfaction of consumption is measured by the scale of society; and the mode of consumption is determined by the mode of social production and social ethics. The modern transformation of consumer ethics includes not only the changes in the times of traditional consumption ethics such as Confucianism, Mohism and Taoism, but also the confusion caused by the supremacy of consumers, the loss of quality of life caused by hedonism and the ecological disaster brought by individualism. In building a conservation-oriented society, the scientific concept of ethics consumption, science is the primary principle of consumer ethics and the fundamental requirements of the scientific concept of development; fairness is an important guarantee for the ethics of science consumption; moderate is the premise of scientific ethics consumption. To build a scientific ethics of a conservation-minded society by means of constructing a scientific ethical consumption perspective, deepening people-oriented ethical education, improving human quality, establishing and perfecting the law and moral support of social consumption ethics, establishing a good atmosphere for social consumption and improving the consumption environment View
