运筹学作为当今时代新兴的应用十分广泛的一门学科,其实已经有着源远流长的历史痕迹了。早在公元前六世纪的《孙子兵法》中就已经讲述了如何合理的筹划兵力以取得最终的胜利,而后在1736年,欧拉又运用图论的思想成功解决了哥尼斯堡七桥问题,再到哈里斯在1915年对商业库存问题的库存论模型的早期研究。最终通过一代又一代革命性的先驱们的努力,运筹学成为了现代管理学的一门重要专业基础课。
Operational research, as an emerging discipline in today’s era, has a long history of history. As early as in the sixth century BC, “Art of War” has already described how to plan the troops for a reasonable victory in order to achieve the ultimate victory. Later, in 1736, Euler used the idea of graph theory to successfully solve the problem of the Qiaoxianqiao of Konigsberg. To Harris’s earlier study of the inventory model of commercial inventory in 1915. Ultimately, through the efforts of generations of revolutionary pioneers, operations research has become an important basic course in modern management.
