目的分析用“改革管理模式”提升卫生洗涤服务中心“管理水平和综合效益”的效果,使之更好的与城市公立医院综合改革所要求的后勤服务社会化相适应。方法对面向攀枝花市各大医院服务的卫生洗涤服务中心管理模式进行改革,比较分析改革前后一年的相关指标,以此观察改革对提升卫生洗涤服务中心管理水平和综合效益的效果。结果比较改革前后一年的各指标,改革后一年比前一年的洗涤量提升37.8%,员工人均年收入提升73.9%,每件成本降低9.7%,中心年净利润提升73.3%。结论改革管理模式提升卫生洗涤服务中心管理水平和综合效益效果显著,能更好的使之与城市公立医院综合改革所要求的后勤服务社会化相适应。
Objective To analyze the effect of improving the management level and comprehensive benefit of health service center by using “reform management mode” so as to better match with the socialization of logistic service required by the comprehensive reform of urban public hospitals. Methods The reform of the management model of health service centers serving the major hospitals in Panzhihua City was carried out. The related indicators of the year before and after the reform were compared to observe the effect of the reforms on the management level and comprehensive benefits of the health service centers. Results Compared with the indicators of the year before and after the reform, the volume of washing in the year after the reform was increased by 37.8% over the previous year. The per capita annual income of the employees increased by 73.9%, the cost per unit decreased by 9.7% and the annual net profit of the center increased by 73.3%. Conclusion The reform management mode can improve the management level and comprehensive benefits of the health service center, which can better adapt to the socialization of the logistics service required by the comprehensive reform of urban public hospitals.
