记者:您能否先介绍一下我国新课程改革的现状?臧处长:2001年9月,我国义务教育新课程改革开始进行实验。到现在,全国已有2576个县、区进入实验区,占全国县、区的90%,使用新课标教材的学生人数已达到7000多万。三年来,我们多次调研,发现老师和学生对新课程改革和教材是持肯定态度的(到2005年,我们将在全国全面推行新课程改革)。高中阶段的改革从2004年9月开始
