Based on the specific conditions of enterprises, this paper designs a MRPⅡ / JIT hybrid control method based on the idea of MRP Ⅱ and JIT. Two different products in the CIMS project supported by the National Hi-Tech Program have adopted single-stage quantitative in-process and multi-phase hybrid control strategies in their manufacturing processes
