目的 :观察一氧化氮 (NO)和不同类型的一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)抑制剂对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤后的影响。方法 :用线栓法复制大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血 (MCAO)模型后注射氨基胍 (AG)和NG-硝基 -L -精氨酸 (L -NA) ,观察大鼠脑缺血后脑梗死体积和脑组织中NO、MDA含量和NOS、SOD活性的变化。结果 :AG有明显的减轻局灶性脑缺血损伤作用 ;L -NA在缺血后 1h、6h时给药 ,有保护作用 ,但在 3h时给药 ,无显著改变。结论 :AG对局灶性脑缺血损伤有治疗作用 ;L -NA在不同时间给药 ,对脑缺血损伤也有明显治疗作用
Objective: To observe the effects of nitric oxide (NO) and different types of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitors on focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: Aminoguanidine (AG) and NG-nitro-L-arginine (L -NA) were injected into the middle cerebral artery (MCAO) Changes of infarct volume, contents of NO and MDA and activities of NOS and SOD in brain tissue. Results: AG significantly reduced the focal cerebral ischemic injury. L-NA was given at 1 h and 6 h after ischemia, which had a protective effect. However, no significant change was observed after 3 h. CONCLUSION: AG has a therapeutic effect on focal cerebral ischemic injury. L-NA is administered at different time and has obvious therapeutic effect on cerebral ischemic injury
