以一座多点供热连续式火焰加热炉的模型为对象,以节约烯料为目标,研究供热量在炉长方向上的分配与产量之间的配合问题。研究的方法是先建立该炉热工过程的简化数学模型,然后用电子计算机求解。研究结果表明,使供热量分配与产量恰当地配合起来,可以做到在产量大幅度变动的情况下,不使单位热耗发生大的波动,特别是在低产时,热耗不致于升高。文中还举出两座加热炉在这方面的操作经验,用以说明本研究工作的现实意义。
Taking a multi-point heating continuous flame furnace model as an object, the goal of saving ethylene is to study the cooperation between heat distribution in the furnace length direction and yield. The research method is to establish a simplified mathematical model of the furnace thermal process, and then use the computer to solve. The research results show that, when the heat distribution and the output are properly matched, it can be achieved that the unit heat consumption does not fluctuate greatly under the condition of large output changes, especially when the output is low, the heat consumption will not increase . The paper also cites the operating experience of two furnaces in this area to illustrate the practical significance of this research.
