结合京福铁路客运专线工程物资采购供应实际,重点阐述了高速铁路项目物资所采取的采购供应模式及其现实意义,进一步提出了在新的物资管理模式下优化采购供应模式的建议和措施。
Combined with the practical supply of engineering materials for the passenger dedicated line of Beijing-Fuzhou Railway, this paper emphatically expounds the purchasing and supply modes taken by high-speed railway projects and their practical significance, and puts forward some suggestions and measures for optimizing the procurement and supply modes under the new material management mode.
