Work on Labor and Social Security to Better Service the Construction of the Economic Zone on the West Bank of the Straits On November 6, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the People's Government of Fujian Province held a signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Meeting on Accelerating the Construction of the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits in Fuzhou. Before the ceremony, Fujian Provincial Party Committee Secretary Lu Zhanong and Governor Huang Xiaojing met with Minister Tian Chengping of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Tian Chengping and Governor Huang Xiaojing signed the memorandum on behalf of the two sides respectively. Both parties agreed that it is the party center to support economic development in the west bank of the Taiwan Straits
