目的观察穿透性角膜移植（ＰＫＰ）术后外伤性伤口裂开的临床表现、原因及预后。方法回顾性收集７年中所遇ＰＫＰ术后外伤性伤口破裂１２例（１２只眼）。其中眼球钝挫伤７只眼，头部摔伤３只眼，其它２只眼。结果伤口裂开无固定位置，但与受伤部位及受伤方式有关；预后与伤口裂开范围及眼内容物脱出的多少及伤口的修复有关。手术结果５只眼植片维持透明或半透明，３只眼混浊，４只眼眼球萎缩。结论外伤性伤口破裂是ＰＫＰ术后严重的并发症之一，不但影响植片的命运，还危及眼球的安全。
Objective To observe the clinical manifestations, causes and prognosis of traumatic wound dehiscence after penetrating keratoplasty (PKP). Methods Retrospectively collected 12 cases (12 eyes) of traumatic wound rupture after PKP in 7 years. Eye contusion in which 7 eyes, head falls 3 eyes, the other 2 eyes. Results wound rupture without a fixed location, but with the injured site and the way of injury related to the prognosis and wound rupture range and how much eye content prolapse wound repair. Surgery results 5 eyes remained transparent or translucent, 3 eyes cloudy, 4 eyes atrophy. Conclusion Traumatic wound rupture is one of the serious complications after PKP. It not only affects the fate of the implants, but also endangers the safety of the eyeballs.
