目前国内常用的齿科暂封材料有丁香油氧化锌粘固粉和牙胶。前者系双组份,使用时需助手临时调配,延长了治疗时间,且用量不易掌握往往造成材料浪费;牙胶用时需用明火烤软,儿童患者往往因畏惧而拒绝治疗,且烤热的牙胶对活髓牙有刺激作用。国外已研制成功了单组份暂封材料,并已商品化,如西德的“Cavit”,意大利的“Pastodent”。由于保密的原因,我们仅获得广告和样品,未见关于材料成份及生产工艺方面的资料。为了研制一种操作简便、取出容易、无毒、封闭严密、效果好的单组份暂封材料,我们经过近两年的试验研究,成功地合成了以乙烯型胶为主体的新型暂封材料。此种胶
