幼儿舞蹈作品中所表现的主体对象是幼儿。作为幼儿舞蹈编导,既要对幼儿的心理生理进行深入分析,又要有体现童真美好世界的艺术手段;既要明确幼儿艺术教育的宗旨,更要有扎实的艺术功底;既要基于爱善于观察,还要发乎情精于设计。只有这样,才能创编出幼儿喜闻乐见的律动、歌舞表演、舞蹈作品。本文从幼儿舞蹈编导的定义入手,分析幼儿舞蹈编导应具备的专业素养,从而有效地避免幼儿舞蹈“成人化”、“专业化”的倾向。
