机床设备在生产领域中占有不可取代的地位,其运行质量直接影响到车间的生产质量,而当前大多数机床设备使用电机驱动的方式,其中更大一部分机床使用的是交流异步电机。与直流电机相比,交流异步电机的运行更稳定可靠、使用寿命长且不需要耗费大量的维护成本,具有明显的优势。但是在实际运行过程中,仍然存在电机造成的故障,影响到生产效率。该文主要对机床电动机保护电路引发的故障进行分析,然后提出相关的改进策略。
Machine tool equipment occupies an irreplaceable position in the production field. The quality of its operation directly affects the production quality of the workshop. At present, most machine tools use motor-driven methods, and a larger part of the machine tools use AC induction motors. Compared with the DC motor, AC asynchronous motor running more stable and reliable, long service life and does not require a lot of maintenance costs, with obvious advantages. However, in the actual operation process, there are still faults caused by the motor, affecting the production efficiency. This paper mainly analyzes the fault caused by the motor protection circuit of the machine tool, and then proposes the related improvement strategy.
