微型打印机是机电一体化铸造设备中普遍使用的信息硬拷贝构件。与标准打印机不同的是：打印命令不完全兼容，工作原理不同，没有标准的打印驱动程序支持。本文提出一种虚拟屏打鲺机技术，可打印出任意复杂程度的图形信息，打印结果失真度小。
Micro-printers are commonly used informational hard copy components in mechatronic casting equipment. Unlike standard printers, print commands are not fully compatible and work differently, with no standard print driver support. In this paper, we propose a virtual screen printer technology that can print out graphic information of any complexity, and the distortion of print result is small.
