高性能,低价格的 CPU 和工作站的出现对 SCADA/EMS 系统的结构设计和工作原理的影响更盛于其它方面的进展。在向开放结构和融合这些新平台于此种结构的过程中,必须采用工业范围的标准和接口,并着眼于实现平台独立性、软件兼容性、开放可扩展性等以前无法实现的目标。
The emergence of high-performance, low-cost CPUs and workstations has greatly affected other aspects of the structural design and working principle of SCADA / EMS systems. In the process of opening up the architecture and integrating these new platforms into such a structure, industry-wide standards and interfaces must be adopted and the previously unachievable goals of platform independence, software compatibility, open scalability and more must be addressed.
