目的了解医院重症监护病房(ICU)消毒状况,以便加强消毒隔离工作。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,对某医院综合ICU消毒质量进行监测,提出管理对策。结果共采集不同消毒对象991件,合格945件,平均合格率95.4%。室内空气、物体表面和医务人员手卫生质量合格率依次为95.6%、94.1%和95.1%。结论该医院ICU的消毒质量合格率均在95%左右,还应重点加强目标性监测,加强消毒管理工作,提高医院感染防控和管理水平,有效地预防和控制医院感染的发生。
Objective To understand the status of hospital intensive care unit (ICU) disinfection in order to strengthen the disinfection and isolation work. Methods By the bacterial quantitative detection method, the hospital integrated ICU disinfection quality monitoring, management measures proposed. Results A total of 991 different disinfection objects were collected, passing 945, with an average passing rate of 95.4%. The passing rate of indoor air, object surface and hand hygiene of medical staff were 95.6%, 94.1% and 95.1% respectively. Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection of ICU in the hospital is about 95%. We should also focus on the target monitoring, strengthen the disinfection management, improve the prevention, control and management of nosocomial infections and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
