目的探讨骨科手术室亚专业化下关节镜器械专科专人管理模式及其成效。方法将本院2013年开展的关节镜手术1093台设置为对照组,按照常规器械管理模式进行管理。将2016年上半年开展的关节镜手术1158台设为试验组,实施专科专人专柜管理,辅设器械准备护士与供应室进行器械交接工作。结果实施后的关节镜器械准备率由89.1%上升至96.7%,手术医生的满意度由90.5%提高至97.3%,关节镜器械损耗率由4.6%降低至2.4%。结论骨科关节镜器械专科专人管理模式的实施,确保了手术的顺利开展,提高了手术医生满意度和专科护士配合质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the management mode and effect of specialized specialist in arthroscopic instruments under the specialization of orthopedic operating room. Methods A total of 1093 arthroscopic surgeries performed in our hospital in 2013 were set as the control group and were managed according to the conventional instrument management mode. In the first half of 2016, 1158 arthroscopic surgeries were set up as experimental groups. Specialized specialist counter management was implemented and auxiliary equipment was prepared for the handover of instruments by nurses and supply rooms. Results After the implementation, the preparation rate of arthroscopic instruments increased from 89.1% to 96.7%, the satisfaction of surgeons increased from 90.5% to 97.3%, and the loss rate of arthroscopic instruments from 4.6% to 2.4%. Conclusion The implementation of the specialist management mode of orthopedic arthroscopic instruments ensures the smooth operation of the operation, enhances the satisfaction of the surgeons and the quality of cooperation with specialist nurses and is worthy of promotion.
