创新型会计人才的培养对当前我国的企业发展具有重要的推动作用。本文主要阐述了创业型会计人才对企业发展的必要性,并分析了创业型会计人才在培养过程中出现的弊端,和培养该类人才的主要方式。
The cultivation of innovative accounting talents plays an important role in promoting the development of our country’s enterprises. This paper mainly expounds the necessity of entrepreneurial accounting talents for the development of enterprises, and analyzes the disadvantages of entrepreneurial accounting talents in the process of training and the main ways to cultivate such professionals.
