对轿车车头子系统进行正确的结构动力修改是利用其代替整车进行室内道路模拟试验的关键.结合轿车白车身试验模态分析和有限元分析的结果,成功地对某承载式轿车车身的车头子系统结构进行了基于优化算法的结构动力学修改.室内台架试验结果表明,修改后的车头子系统可以准确地反映整车的动态特性,为室内道路模拟试验打下了良好的基础.
The correct structural dynamic modification of the car’s front subsystem is the key to using it to simulate the indoor road.Based on the results of the modal analysis and finite element analysis of the car body’s white body model, Subsystem structure was modified based on the optimization algorithm.The indoor bench test results show that the modified vehicle head subsystem can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle and lay a good foundation for indoor road simulation test.
