近来,“媒体审判”呈愈演愈烈之势。“深圳梁丽案”、“杭州飙车案”、“湖南罗彩霞案”、“湖北邓玉娇案”等,虽有吸引眼球之处,于司法视角看,仍属个案。但就是这些个案,在网络舆论冲击下,一一发展成为波及全国的公共事件。在这样的民意之中,占据主导地位的声浪充斥着质疑、批评、指责。案件处在侦查(或补充侦查)环节,法院尚未开庭审理,但“媒体审判”的裁决书似乎已经下达。一些媒体报道与网民评论互相呼应,并随意使用定性词汇,以带有强烈情感色
