光纤光谱仪是光谱测量中的核心部件 ,它将光信号经分光系统和 CCD阵列转换为各光波长的电信号 ,再通过计算机处理 ,以获得光谱信号曲线。为了得到准确的测量结果 ,光谱仪在使用前必须对光波长进行严格的标定 ,确定 CCD象素和光波波长的对应关系。
Fiber spectrometer is the core component in the spectrum measurement. It converts the optical signal into electrical signals of various wavelengths by the spectroscopic system and CCD array, and then processes them by computer to obtain the spectral signal curve. In order to get accurate measurement results, the spectrometer must be strictly calibrated before use of light wavelength to determine the corresponding relationship between the CCD pixel and the wavelength of light.
