目的：对自体脂肪移植术在隆胸手术中的应用进行分析。方法选取2011年1月~2014年1月于我院进行隆胸手术的患者136例，根据患者的隆胸方式分为A组和B组。A组中患者采取假体隆胸术，而B组采用自体脂肪移植术，分析比较两组隆胸效果。结果 B组中隆胸患者的临床手术效果满意度评分(76.65±7.95)分明显高于对照组(68.56±8.69)分，P<0.05。结论采取自体脂肪移植术进行隆胸，手术安全、操作简单且机体损伤小，无排斥反应，患者临床手术满意度较高，有积极临床意义。“,”Objective The application of autologous fat transplantation in breast implants were analyzed.Methods Choose from January 2011 to January 2011 in our hospital between 136 cases of breast augmentation surgery patients,according to the patient's implants are divided into group A and group B.In patients taking augmentation mammaplasty,group A and group B autologous fat transplantation,compared two groups of breast enhancement ef ect.Results Group B in the patients of breast augmentation surgery ef ect satisfaction score (76.65±7.95)points is significantly higher than control group (68.56±8.69), <0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation for breast implants,surgical safety,simple operation and smal damage,no rejection,clinical surgery patients satisfaction is higher,has positive clinical significance.
