气相色谱是分析脂肪酸的一种简单的方法,缺点是载体及系统的吸附作用给定量工作带来严重误差。此外,许多分析非水介质中脂肪酸为满意的固定液在注入大量水样后往往产生水解作用,水解产物峰将干扰分离及缩短分离柱寿命。为了在较短时间内对C_2-C_6七种脂肪酸进行分离,我们采用Chromosorb 101分离柱,并对系统进行改进,较好地解决了上述两个问题。相对标准偏差及误差均小于±5%。经长期使用柱效降低后,用丙酮处理再生可继续使用。
Gas chromatography is a simple method for the analysis of fatty acids. The disadvantage is that the adsorption of the carrier and the system causes serious errors in the quantitative work. In addition, many fixatives that are satisfactory for the analysis of fatty acids in non-aqueous media tend to hydrolyze after the injection of large amounts of water samples. Hydrolyzate peaks will interfere with separation and shorten the life of the separation column. In order to separate C_2-C_6 fatty acids in a relatively short period of time, we used Chromosorb 101 column and improved the system to solve these two problems. Relative standard deviation and error are less than ± 5%. After long-term use of reduced efficiency, with acetone regeneration can continue to use.
