日本人爱喝酒,但不喜欢烈性酒。绍兴酒以糯米为原料,酒精含量14-18%,口味醇厚,酒香浓郁,富含氨基酸,深得日本消费者喜爱。曾有报道,日本有关部门专门做过研究,绍兴酒有助于消除肠壁上的油腻,还有抗疲劳等功效。朝日集团等一些日本大型酒类企业也曾酿制过黄酒,但因水质、气候、原料和酿造工艺等原因,无法复制绍兴酒特有风味。日本的饮食文化与中国相类似,喜爱中餐的人自然也多,仅东京的中餐馆就有上千家。数量众多的中餐馆成了展示和推广绍兴酒的极佳场所。
