在社会经济不断发展背景下,各行各业对英语职业能力的要求越来越高,如何培养高职生职业英语能力,成为高职英语教学新挑战。本文基于职业能力导向,明确“岗位能力导向的教学目标+行业英语导向的教学内容+岗位任务引领的教学过程”三位一体的教学改革模式,对高职英语教学进行改革与创新,实现高职英语教学与职业能力培养一致性。
Under the background of continuous development of social economy, all trades and professions have higher and higher requirements on English occupational ability. How to cultivate vocational English ability of higher vocational students has become the new challenge of English teaching in higher vocational colleges. This article is based on the guidance of professional ability, clear “job-oriented teaching objectives + industry English-oriented teaching content + job mission-led teaching process ” teaching reform model of Trinity, reform and innovation of English teaching in higher vocational education, English Teaching and Professional Ability Training Consistency.
