煤炭生产过程中,高压胶管的应用十分广泛,一旦损坏更换比较困难。由于矿井下安全生产的要求,常用的切割方法又不能满足要求。笔者通过分析高压胶管经常出现的问题,提出了将前混合磨料水射流技术应用于切割高压胶管。实践证明,该技术不仅满足矿井下的安全使用要求,而且切割的效果好、效率高。
In the process of coal production, the application of high-pressure hose is very extensive, and once the damage is replaced, it is difficult to replace. Due to the requirements of mine safety production, common cutting methods can not meet the requirements. By analyzing the problems that often occur in high pressure hoses, the author put forward the application of the former mixed abrasive water jet technology to cutting high pressure hoses. Practice has proved that the technology not only meets the safe use requirements under the mine, but also the effect of cutting is good and the efficiency is high.
