在二十世纪六十年代,在欧美就以共晶或共析的两相合金为主开始了超塑性的基础理论研究,并出现了Al-78%Zn的共析合金,即SPZ合金。在七十年代出现了取代SPZ合金的Al-Cu-Zr合金,即Supral100(2004)。在1974年已生产数千吨Supral100合金的材料。现在超塑性铝合金可大致分为三类:1、双相合金。属于该类合金的Al-33%Cu、Al-78Zn。合金中第二相的体积要占30%~50%。通过形变热处理可使共晶或共析组织任一相晶粒直径达到数微米。2、粗大晶粒而稳定化的合金。
In the 1960s, the basic theory of superplasticity was started in Europe and the United States based on eutectic or eutectoid two-phase alloys, and Al-78% Zn eutectoid alloy, SPZ alloy, appeared. In the seventies, Al-Cu-Zr alloys that replaced SPZ alloys, Supral 100 (2004), appeared. In 1974 thousands of tons of Supral 100 alloy material was produced.
