目的:观察中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将78例消化性溃疡患者随机分为2组。对照组给予西药治疗;治疗组46例在对照组基础上加服中药生肌愈溃汤治疗,4周为1个疗程,连续治疗1~2个疗程,观察两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.5%,HP转阴率84.8%,治愈后半年随访复发率8%;对照组总有效率81.3%,HP转阴率65.6%,治愈后半年随访复发率36.4%。两组总有效率、HP转阴率及治愈的复发率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效满意,复发率低。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related peptic ulcer. Methods: 78 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine. In the treatment group, 46 cases were treated with Shengjianjikui decoction on the basis of the control group. One course of treatment was given for 4 weeks, and the courses of treatment were continued for 1 ~ 2 courses. The clinical efficacy and recurrence were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 93.5% in the treatment group and 84.8% in the HP group. The recurrence rate in the first half of follow-up was 8%. In the control group, the total effective rate was 81.3%, the negative conversion rate of HP was 65.6%, and the recurrence rate was 36.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate, the HP negative conversion rate and the cured recurrence rate (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of peptic ulcer with satisfactory efficacy and low recurrence rate.
