1事故简要经过2007年5月20日1 1时30分,甘肃省有年金龙建筑公司第五项目部在张掖市一中学教学综合楼建筑施工时,1台QTZ-25型塔式起重机(安装高度10节25m,臂长30m),坐落在楼东边将楼西边地面的1430kg钢筋吊起、变幅为29.3mm向南回转,回转时发生倒塌事故。塔式起重机在第5节标准节根部处断裂,致使塔机向前倾覆塌垮,坠落的起重臂将3层的1名木工当场砸死,1名在地面的工人和塔机司机受伤。
