自古以来,人们都希望能健康长寿。然而,许多人对如何科学地进行保健养生,却知之甚少。为此,我们根据自己多年的经验编写了自我保健功,仅供参考。 此功以中西医理论为依据,以自我运动为前提,参照电视健身操、武术健身法和流行保健书刊等健身的经验,结合本人多年来锻炼身体的实践体会,编成一套集按摩、点穴、武术、气功为一体的自我保健功。此功特点,动作自然,简便易学,老少皆宜。对人体全身具有保健作用,如能持之以恒,加强锻炼,并具有防治有关疾病的效应。
