目的:探讨中药党参对严重烫伤早期胃肠动力的影响及它们之间的量效关系。方法:在小鼠背部,造成20 % TBSAⅢ度烫伤模型,烫伤后2h 、8h 分别灌胃党参煎剂,12h 灌胃碳素墨水,25min 后处死,计算小肠推进率。结果:党参煎剂能显著提高小肠推进率,且具有量效关系。当0 .1g/d 时,能显著提高小肠推进率,0 .2g/d 小肠推进率达到一恒定的水平。结论:中药党参能改善烫伤后的肠动力功能,有益于烫伤休克后肠源性感染和多器官功能衰竭的防治
Objective: To investigate the effects of Codonopsis pilosula on gastrointestinal motility in early scald and the dose-effect relationship between them. METHODS: On the back of the mice, a 20% TBSA III degree scald model was induced. The Dangshen decoction was given at 2h and 8h after scald, and the carbon ink was intragastrically administered 12h. After 25 min, the rats were sacrificed and the intestinal propulsion rate was calculated.
