棉花是较耐盐的作物,但其耐盐力也有一定的限度,一般土壤含盐量在0.2%以下,棉花能正常生长发育,结合适宜的栽培技术,也可以获得高产.土壤含盐量在0.2-0.3%吋,出苗困难,棉株生长受到抑制,盐分超过0.3%,很难出苗.因棉花发芽出苗和幼苗期的耐盐力相对较低,易遭受盐碱危害,造成烂种和死苗.所以,盐碱地保证棉花顺利出苗和全苗,是一个关键问题.我们在商丘县谢集公社旱涝碱综合治理中心实验区盐碱地植棉过程中,通过试验和调查研究,初步总结了育苗移栽、老沟种植、钵体围肥、地膜覆盖、灌水压盐、小水偷浇、起碱换土等七项保苗技术措施,供盐碱地区植棉参考.
