对１１１例４～８月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌止端的宽度、距角膜缘距离及眼球前后轴长度进行测量和分析。结果表明４～８月胎龄胎儿直肌止端宽度、距角膜缘距离和眼球前后轴长度随胎龄的增加而增加，呈直线正相关关系。直肌止端距角膜缘距离与眼球前后轴长度比值的变化表明胎儿眼球直肌的发育和眼球轴长的发育是不平衡的，后者较显著
The width, distance from the corneal limbus and the axial length of the anterior and posterior oculomotor rectus of 111 fetuses with gestational age from 4 to 8 months were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the width, distance from the corneal limbus and the axial length of the anterior and posterior eyeballs increased with the increase of gestational age from April to August, showing a linear positive correlation. The change of the ratio of the distance between rectus abdominis to the corneal limbus and the ratio of anterior and posterior axial length of the eye indicates that the development of fetal ocular rectus muscle and the axial length of eyeball are unbalanced, while the latter is more significant
