目的探讨猫刺激对正常小鼠禁食后血糖的影响。方法将小鼠分为刺激组和正常组,每组10只,雌雄各半。刺激组小鼠于禁食后用猫持续刺激2h,测定小鼠禁食后未经刺激前及猫刺激后1h、2h及停止刺激后2h的血糖值,并与正常组比较。结果与正常组比较,刺激组小鼠于猫刺激2h后,血糖值显著升高(P<0.05),停止刺激2h后,两组血糖值无显明差异;其中雄性小鼠于刺激后1h、2h、及停止刺激后2h,与正常组比较,血糖值均显著升高(P<0.05);而雌性小鼠各个时间点血糖值,与正常组比较,无明显差异。结论禁食后小鼠经猫刺激,血糖值明显升高。
Objective To investigate the effects of cat stimulation on fasting blood glucose in normal mice. Methods The mice were divided into stimulation group and normal group, 10 in each group, male and female. The stimulated mice were continuously stimulated with cats for 2 hours after fasting, and the blood glucose levels of the mice before fasting and 1h, 2h after the fasting and 2h after stopping the stimulation were measured and compared with the normal group. Results Compared with the normal group, the blood glucose of the stimulated group increased significantly (P <0.05) 2h after stimulation, and no significant difference was found between the two groups , And 2h after stopping stimulation, the blood glucose level was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the blood glucose level between the female mice at each time point and the normal group. Conclusion After fasting, the mice were stimulated by cats and the blood glucose level increased obviously.
