作为银行系统的一名造价咨询从业人员,在开展工程项目造价咨询业务时,如何在保证客户项目建设资金取得最佳投资效益的同时,又能为银行贷款资金的贷中及贷后风险管理提供技术支持,一直是笔者思考的问题.近几年,建设银行结合项目贷款贷后管理要求,利用工程造价咨询技术,推行和开展了建设资金监管业务,笔者将从事这方面工作中形成的一些经验和体会介绍给同行,以供参考.
