赣州开发区非公经济组织党建工作紧紧围绕打造“经济发展龙头区、产城融合示范区、开放创新先行区、和谐秀美模范区”的目标,着力探索非公经济组织党建工作在服务“发展升级、小康提速、绿色崛起、实干兴赣”方面走在前头的有效路径。坚持把“从基层来到基层去”作为党建工作新理念。抓培训转观念:每年围绕“把群众路线贯穿非公经济组织党建工作始终”主题,设置6个以上专题,安排若干班次,采取“专家授课+现场体验”教学方式,培训非公经济组织党务工作者、党员、入党积极分子等。2009年以来,共开展此类培训37期,培训1600多人
