由于新标准 GB11544《普通 V 带和窄 V带尺寸》等效采用了国际标准 ISO4184—1980《普通 V 带和窄 V 带的长度》,所以此标准引入了一个新的名词术语“基准长度”,用它来代替旧标准中的内周长度,而基准长度又不等于内周长度,这就产生了如何将原三角带设计中的内周长度转化为新标准中的基准长度的问题。由于目前受许多因素的影响,新旧标准在一定时期内还不能完全衔接,所以这一问题是三角带的生产厂家,尤其是质量监督部门必须弄清楚的。
