10月7日至13日,台湾盆景大师郑诚恭、台湾盆栽作家协会财务长何志雄在中国盆景艺术大师赵庆泉、王选民,杭州怡然园园主鲍世骐,本社社长张衍泽陪同下,考察了湖北盆景,游览了长江三峡,寻找创作灵感,收集创作素材。郑诚恭先生一行在鄂期间,参观了黄鹤楼、武汉磨山盆景园、李斌私家盆景园、荆州盆景园、荆州徐寅州、章征武私家盆景园。11日晚,郑诚恭先生在荆州放了盆景幻灯片,并作了详细的讲解,受到盆景爱好者的广泛赞扬。
