本文介绍了用过滤法降低柴油机排气微粒排放的实验研究。使用了圆片形或圆柱形的泡沫陶瓷块作为滤芯的微粒过滤器。结果表明有可能将柴油机微粒排放率降低50%以上。当排气温度超过450℃时,由于沉积在滤芯上的含碳微粒燃烧掉,过滤器阻力迅速下降。由此可见,过滤法可能发展为降低柴油机微粒污染的有效方法之一。
This paper describes the experimental study on reducing exhaust emission of diesel engine by filtration. A disc-shaped or cylindrical foam ceramic block is used as the particulate filter for the filter element. The results show that it is possible to reduce the diesel particulate emission rate by more than 50%. When the exhaust temperature exceeds 450 ° C, the resistance of the filter drops rapidly due to the combustion of carbon particles deposited on the filter element. Thus, the filtration method may be developed to reduce diesel particulate pollution is one of the effective methods.
