联合作用实验资料处理一般采用传统的相加,拮抗和协同的分类方法及统计模型。在实际应用中发现,相加作用的定义偏严,使一些不存在拮抗作用物质的联合作用呈现出拮抗性质。Moshkovsky提出,相加作用包括完全和部分相加两部分,从而纠正了传统分类不合理之处,但未解决统计方法。本文据此分类概念对Finney的联合作用统计模型作了发展,从统计学上解决了部分相加的划分,处理联合作用资料得到满意的结果。
The joint action experimental data processing generally adopts the traditional additive, antagonistic and cooperative classification methods and statistical models. In practical application, it is found that the additive effect is defined to be of a more antagonistic nature in some joint effects in the absence of antagonistic substances. Moshkovsky proposed that the additive effect consists of two parts, complete and partial, so as to correct the unreasonableness of the traditional classification but not solve the statistical method. According to this classification concept, this article has developed Finney’s joint action statistics model, which has solved the problem of partial additive division and obtained satisfactory results in dealing with the joint action data.
