“双底吹”连续炼铜技术是中国恩菲工程技术有限公司和河南豫光金铅股份有限公司合作形成的一项自主核心技术。豫光“双底吹”连续炼铜技术产业化开发应用项目,是世界首家将“双底吹”连续炼铜技术成功产业化应用的项目。在生产过程中,豫光不断完善工艺。该技术具有原料适应性强、连续冶炼、能耗低、金属回收率高、环保好、投资省、自动化程度高等优点,具备处理再生铜、铜精矿能力,解决了铜冶炼行业P-S转炉“不能连续吹炼、低空污染”的问题,刷新了铜冶炼的历史。
