我们公司下属四十多个工厂,过去文书档案几乎是空白。自1980年以来,各厂都建立了机构,配备了人员,推行了文书处理部门立卷的制度。为了巩固已有的成果,从1982年开始,公司规定把各厂的文书档案工作纳入企业管理范围。我们的做法如下: 1、制定标准,明确服务档案室会同各科兼职文书制订出文书档案的各项制度,作为厂规厂法的组成部分。档案室根据档案工作不同阶段的工作要求,通过企业管理办公室(以下简称企管办)按季对各文书处理部门(以下简称部门)布置任务。即明确提出某部门的文书处理工作和档案
