42例难治性消化性溃疡患者,随机分成两组,疗程为4周。局部涂洒溃疡Ⅰ号组溃疡愈合率97%。雷尼替丁加胶性铋口服组愈合率为52%。两组差异显著(P<0.001)
42 patients with refractory peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups, the course of treatment for 4 weeks. Local application of ulcer Ⅰ group healing rate of 97%. The healing rate of ranitidine plus gelatin bismuth oral group was 52%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001)
