益脑护心袋泡剂（GPCO），1：1．25（W／V）水提液，给糖尿病模型鼠灌胃1ml／次·7d－1，具有显著降糖作用，与模型鼠空白对照组空腹血糖值比较，差异非常显著（P＜0．01），与阳性药物－优降糖对照治疗组比较，其空腹血糖下降值十分近似，无统计学意义．
Yinao Huxin Pouch (GPCO), a 1:1.25 (W/V) water extract, was administered to diabetic model mice by gavage 1ml/time 7d-1 with significant hypoglycemic effect. There was a significant difference in the fasting blood glucose levels between the two groups (P<0.01). Compared with the positive drug-gibberellic acid control group, the fasting blood glucose decreased very similarly with no statistical significance.
