首先阐述了车站空车调配问题对编制车站日班工作计划的意义，通过利用卸后空车对配空车问题进行优化研究，给出配空车问题的数学模型。
Firstly, the significance of the allocation of the empty car to the planning of the daily work of the station is elaborated. By using the unloaded empty car to optimize the allocation of empty car, the mathematic model of the problem with empty car is given.
